RS485 COMMUNICATION CABLE:

The RS485 communication cable combines the transmission of audio signals with the fixed-laying railway signal, and has excellent anti-interference performance. It can be used in separate single-pair or multi-pair applications. It is particularly excellent in transmitting multiple signals, and can partially transmit power and use characteristics of railway signal cables. With structure. Conductor : Stranded tinned copper. 

Insulation  : XLPE rated 90°C

Pair colour code:  Black & White with pair number print each core. 

Individual pair shielding:  0.025 mm aluminium/polyester backed tape in contact with a tinned copper drain wire. Individual shields are                                                        isolated by polyester tapes. 

Assembly: Required numbers of individually shielded pairs assembled and the assembly is wrapped with a polyester binder tape.

Overall Shielding: Aluminium Mylar tape with a tinned copper drain wire. A tinned copper braid applied over aluminium polyester tape.

Outer Jacket: Extruded Grey PVC
