Returns الإرجاع

  • You may return most new, unused products within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Certain items (such as clearance, software, or special-order products) may not be eligible for return.
  • يمكنك إرجاع معظم المنتجات الجديدة غير المستخدمة خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام.
  • يجب أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية وبنفس التغليف.
  • بعض المنتجات (مثل العروض التصفية، البرامج، أو الطلبات الخاصة) قد لا تكون قابلة للإرجاع.

Refunds الاسترداد

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • بمجرد استلام المنتج المُعاد، سنقوم بفحصه وإبلاغك بحالة الطلب.
  • سيتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة (إذا تمت الموافقة) إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7–14 يوم عمل.

Exchanges الاستبدال

  • If you received a defective or wrong item, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
  • في حال استلام منتج تالف أو خاطئ، سنقوم باستبداله بدون أي تكلفة إضافية.

Shipping Costs تكاليف الشحن

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product).
  • يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن للإرجاع ما لم يكن السبب خطأ من جانبنا (منتج خاطئ أو تالف).
