Step 3 – Send Back the Item
If approved, you must return the product through a trusted courier.
Return shipping cost:
Customer pays if returning due to personal preference or wrong order.
CESGULF pays if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
4. Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the product:
Full Refund — for defective, damaged, or wrong items.
Partial Refund — for items returned with missing accessories or damaged packaging.
No Refund — if the product is used, installed, or not in original condition.
Refund method:
Refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
5. Exchange Policy
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:
We can replace the item with the same model (if available).
You can upgrade to another model by paying the price difference.
6. Warranty
Most products sold on CESGULF come with 1-year manufacturer warranty unless specified otherwise.
Warranty does NOT cover:
