2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance / special promotion items

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation

Step 2 – Approval

Our support team will review your request and may ask for:

  • Photos or video of the issue

  • Serial number confirmation

Step 3 – Send Back the Item

If approved, you must return the product through a trusted courier.
Return shipping cost:

  • Customer pays if returning due to personal preference or wrong order.

  • CESGULF pays if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.


4. Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the product:

  • Full Refund — for defective, damaged, or wrong items.

  • Partial Refund — for items returned with missing accessories or damaged packaging.

  • No Refund — if the product is used, installed, or not in original condition.

Refund method:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.


5. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

  • We can replace the item with the same model (if available).

  • You can upgrade to another model by paying the price difference.


6. Warranty

Most products sold on CESGULF come with 1-year manufacturer warranty unless specified otherwise.

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Liquid damage

  • Wrong electrical connection

  • Unauthorized repair or modification
