The Fanvil H3W Wi‑Fi IP Phone is a compact and affordable wireless VoIP phone designed primarily for hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, hospitals, supermarkets, and other hospitality or service-oriented environments. Combining modern wireless connectivity with essential SIP communication features, the H3W delivers a clean installation experience and reliable HD voice performance for both guests and staff.

One of the key highlights of the H3W is its built-in 2.4GHz Wi-Fi support based on IEEE 802.11b/g/n standards, allowing the phone to connect wirelessly without requiring additional Ethernet cabling. This makes deployment much easier in hotel rooms or locations where running network cables is difficult or expensive. The phone also includes dual 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports with PoE (Power over Ethernet) support for flexible wired installations when needed.

The H3W features an elegant, hotel-friendly appearance available in black and white color options. Hotels can customize the information panel and faceplate with logos, room information, or branded service labels to match interior décor and enhance the guest experience. Its minimalist design allows it to blend naturally into modern hospitality environments.

Designed for convenience, the H3W includes 6 programmable DSS/soft keys that can be configured for one-touch dialing to hotel departments such as reception, housekeeping, concierge, room service, emergency support, or restaurant booking services. This improves operational efficiency while giving guests fast access to hotel amenities.

For audio performance, the H3W supports HD voice technology with wideband codecs including G.722 and Opus, ensuring clear and natural voice communication. Additional audio enhancement technologies such as Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC), Noise Reduction (NR), Voice Activity Detection (VAD), Comfort Noise Generation (CNG), and Automatic Gain Control (AGC) help maintain excellent call quality even in noisy public or hospitality environments.

The phone supports 2 SIP lines and is compatible with major VoIP and IP PBX platforms including Asterisk, 3CX, Broadsoft, Metaswitch, Elastix, and Avaya. It also includes enterprise-grade networking and security features such as IPv4/IPv6 support, VLAN, QoS, OpenVPN, TLS, SRTP encryption, and TR-069 auto provisioning for centralized deployment and remote management.

An integrated USB charging port allows guests or users to conveniently charge smartphones and mobile devices directly from the phone, reducing the need for separate charging adapters. The H3W also supports hands-free speakerphone operation, hotline functionality, call hold/resume, redial, multicast, SIP hotspot, and customizable ring tones for enhanced usability.
