Grandstream GRP2615 Professional IP Phone

Overview

The Grandstream GRP2615 is a premium carrier-grade IP phone designed for executives, receptionists, enterprise professionals, and high-call-volume business environments. As part of Grandstream’s GRP2600 professional series, the GRP2615 combines advanced VoIP functionality, enterprise-grade security, centralized cloud management, and modern wireless connectivity into a reliable and scalable communication solution. Built for mass deployment and easy management, the phone is ideal for enterprises, service providers, call centers, and unified communication deployments.

Premium Design & Large Color Display

The GRP2615 features a sleek and modern executive-style design with a large 4.3-inch TFT color LCD display offering a 480 × 272 resolution. The vibrant display provides a user-friendly interface for handling calls, contacts, BLF monitoring, voicemail access, and telephony applications. The device also includes swappable faceplates, allowing organizations and service providers to customize the phone with company branding or logos for a more professional deployment.

Multi-Line & SIP Account Support

Designed for demanding office environments, the GRP2615 supports up to 10 line keys and 16 SIP accounts, enabling users to efficiently manage multiple calls and extensions simultaneously. It also includes 40 built-in digital multi-purpose keys (MPKs/BLF keys) that support extension monitoring, speed dialing, and busy lamp field functionality, making it especially suitable for receptionists, operators, and customer support teams.

Exceptional HD Audio Performance

The GRP2615 delivers HD voice quality on both the handset and full-duplex speakerphone with support for wideband audio codecs including Opus and G.722. Advanced acoustic technologies such as echo cancellation, automatic gain control, packet loss concealment, and noise reduction help ensure clear and natural conversations even in busy office environments. Some newer firmware and hardware versions also include Noise Shield Technology to reduce background noise further.

Integrated Wi-Fi & Bluetooth

The phone includes integrated dual-band Wi-Fi support for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz wireless networks, allowing flexible deployment without requiring additional adapters. Hardware version 5.0 and above additionally support Wi-Fi 6 for improved wireless performance and efficiency. Integrated Bluetooth connectivity enables users to pair wireless headsets and compatible devices for convenient hands-free communication and improved mobility.

Gigabit Networking & PoE

The GRP2615 is equipped with dual auto-sensing Gigabit Ethernet ports with integrated PoE (Power over Ethernet). This ensures fast and stable network connectivity while simplifying installation by reducing cable clutter and eliminating the need for separate power adapters in many deployments.

Expansion Module Support

For businesses that require advanced extension monitoring and receptionist functionality, the GRP2615 supports Grandstream GBX20 expansion modules. Each expansion module adds 40 additional BLF/speed-dial keys, and the phone can support up to four GBX20 modules, enabling access to up to 160 additional contacts and extensions. This makes the GRP2615 highly suitable for switchboard operations and large-scale call management environments.

The GRP2615 includes a comprehensive set of enterprise telephony features designed to improve communication efficiency, including:
